Curated by the renowned Djon Mundine, this striking black-and-white exhibition brought toegther the work of leading indigenous artists Michael Riley, Mervyn Bishop, Ricky Maynard, Peter McKenzie, Gary Lee and Michael Aird.

Each artist explored and redefined what Aboriginal maleness might mean, capturing identity, strength, vulnerability and cultural pride through powerful, intimate imagery.

Touring across Northern Territory from Alice Springs to Darwin, Katherine and Tennant Creek, the exhibtion invited audiences to look beyond stereotypes and engage with complex, deeply personal expressions of manhood. Bold and thought-provoking, it offerd a rare and compelling lens on culture, history and self-representation.
